Biographical Info

I am a black, indigenous and white, mixed race, female who identifies as straight and was born and raised here in San Diego, CA. I am a highly accomplished therapist with over 10 years of experience guiding individuals, couples, and families through complex transitions. Clinically specializing in relationship structure and systems and helping separating and divorcing couples and families. I assist folks in re-designing their relationship experiences. In work with me, families learn co-parenting skills, how to navigate conflict in a healthy way, and establish clear expectations. My collaborative divorce approach leads to more ethical and balanced family dynamics. My expertise in co-parenting, healthy conflict navigation, and clear communication can help families transition smoothly through divorce. I provide evidence-based therapy and coaching across a diverse range of issues, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of county resources, cultural issues and norms, LGBTQIA2+, mental health and legal considerations to ensure optimal client outcomes.
