Biographical Info
Carole D. Baldwin graduated from University of California, San Diego in 1993. She joined the Peace Corps and worked as an English teacher in Poland from 1994-1997. She graduated from California Western School of Law in 2000. She was admitted to the Bar in May 2001 and became a Certified Family Law Specialist in 2008. She is a partner in the firm of Baldwin & Da Silva, LLP, which is solely devoted to family law.
Carole has been an instructor and coordinator of the annual paralegal seminar provided by the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program since 2018. She served as the Chair of the San Diego County Certified Family Law Specialists Executive Committee in 2012 and was Past President at the time of formation of the FLBA. She has been the Chair of the Family Law Bar Dinner since 2009. She was the recipient of the Michael C. Shea Award in 2016.
She is a member of the SDFLBA. As of 2025, she is a Delegate to CP Cal.
