Biography
Kevin Cadora is a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Fair Cadora and a Certified Family Law Specialist with more than two decades of experience devoted exclusively to family law. Since his admission to the California Bar in 2003, Kevin has represented thousands of clients throughout Southern California in matters involving divorce, child custody, support, property division, and complex family law disputes.
While Kevin has extensive litigation and trial experience, his years in the courtroom have reinforced his belief that families are often better served when they can resolve their differences privately, respectfully, and without placing important family decisions in the hands of a court. Kevin’s collaborative practice focuses on helping clients navigate divorce with clarity, dignity, and a commitment to constructive problem-solving. He works closely with clients, opposing counsel, and other collaborative professionals to identify priorities, address difficult issues, and develop practical solutions that consider the needs of the entire family.
As a trained mediator and Certified Divorce Coach, Kevin brings additional experience in negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution to the collaborative process. His approach emphasizes informed decision-making, transparency, financial stability, and workable long-term solutions, particularly when children and continuing co-parenting relationships are involved.
A father of five and grandfather, Kevin understands that divorce affects far more than legal and financial interests. He believes the collaborative process gives families an opportunity to restructure their lives while preserving relationships, maintaining privacy, and retaining greater control over their future. Outside his practice, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and family, experiencing music, playing guitar, traveling, strength training, cycling, and yoga.
